The Aim of the Running Hub is to help you run FASTER, FURTHER and with LESS INJURIES!
Our belief is that if you learn to move more efficiently, you will run more efficiently and therefore improve your running performance and recovery.
We also believe that it is important to train both the body and mind and that by applying mindfulness to running, you can enhance both your training and your enjoyment of running.

Isaac - Before + After 6 Run Technique Sessions
Isaac came to The Running Hub to improve his running form. Isaac runs with City of York Athletics Club and also swims regularly.
He's made significant progress over 6 sessions and I wish him the very best of luck with his running and all his sports.

I have a genuine question. The running form looks aesthetically better/different but what are the real reasons to change it anyway? Is it better for running efficiency, injury prevention, does it lead to doing more mileage or running faster?
