1. DMS Quick Feet - forwards, backwards + sideways (20 secs FAST / 20 secs recovery)
2. Knee drive to hip extension x10 each side
3. Butt Kicks x20
4. Knee drive across the body + swing x10 each side
5. Banded side steps x10 each side
6. Knee drive in front x10 each side
7. High Knees x20
8. Banded Heel Toe - x10 each side
9. Reverse Lunges + arm raise x10 each side
