2. Leg Swings - forwards + sideways x10 each leg
3. Twists x20
4. Banded knee raises x10 each side
5. Banded Glute Kickbacks x10 each side
6. Banded Side Steps x20
7. Alternate Plank Lunges x 10 each side
8. Banded side leg raises x10 each side
9. Leg Swings - forwards + sideways x10 each leg
10. Runners Arms - 30-60 secs
11. Banded Jumps - 3x 10 secs (20 secs rest)
