- Here is an 11 minute Warm Up you can enjoy before a run. This warm includes 20 mobility exercises that will get you warmed up and prepped to run 🙂
Equipment - yoga block
1. Arm Circles - backwards + forwards x10 each direction
2. Neck Mobility - x5 up and down / x5 side to side
3. Twists - x10 each side
4. Leg Swings - forwards + backwards x10 each side
5. Knee drives x10
6. Butt Kicks x 20
7. Knee drives x10
8. Butt Kicks x 20
9. Knee Drives across the body x10 each side
10. Arm Drive - 20 secs
11. Leg Swings - side to side x10 each side
12. Hip Flexor Release (hands on hips) x10 each side
13. Hip Circles Out x10 each side
14. Arm Drive - 20 secs
15. Hip Circles In x10 each side
16. Hugs x10
17. Hamstrings - hands under toes and extend x10
18. Hip Flexor Release + Twist x10 each side
19. Touch Toes x10
20. Sprint on the spot x10 secs (20 secs recovery) x3
