This inflation and an asymmetry in my body causing me not to be able to relax
My mom moved my brother and I over 60 times. It was 4 times in one year at one point. We both were never able to catch our footing. I’m just now starting to become stable in my early 30s. She still moving around and always has stomach issues and always talking and driving 😂

OMG i get random bruises sometimes! I wake up and i see marks and they are on my legs and arms. And i didnt hit myself and they dont hurt. I always wondered why i got them. Thank you for this i will go ask my doc that she checks my cortisol levels
It's also true that our jobs are the reason we can't do what we want. Obviously when I'm doing the things I want to do, I forget about the smartphone :)

I have constant intense pain from a genetic disorder, so my imagination is important to me. I am better able to cope when I have something to “look forward to” otherwise it’s just the certainty of more illness and pain. This is coping mechanism for me. While it’s important to look for the good in the current moment … it’s also beneficial to make plans and “fantasise”.
