- talk therapy isn’t enough to heal your trauma! 👇🏼
healing your body after trauma isn’t supplementary…
it’s often THE MISSING link to healing after trauma 🤯
this is why you can spend years in talk therapy and still feel like 💩
trauma changes your body’s chemistry & when unhealed, trauma gets stored in your body 🥹
your body can get stuck in it’s physiological stress response, which creates a somatic memory of the trauma 😮💨
this causes chronic muscle tension, long-term hip & lower back pain, frequent headaches, gut issues, sleep issues, brain fog, & chronic fatigue 🥹
the great news is that healing your body after trauma doesn’t take a long time 🥰
your body is self-healing, but it needs some guidance to get out of it’s habitual stress response first 💖
you can release the stored trauma out of your body in 30 days with somatic exercises 😍
somatic exercises cause a huge emotional release that clears the unprocessed emotions & stored trauma out of your body ✌🏼
once you release stored trauma, the long-term pain & other health conditions (whether it’s sleep issues, gut issues, or fatigue) will go away 🥰

Word. Thank you for your work!
This is why i find EMDR so helpful.
I am so glad!
THIS!! I think I need something like this! I have subscribed
I have 48 years worth of trauma stored in my body with maybe a 2-year break.. these techniques really do help more than anything I've ever tried
@@merncat3384 that's wonderful ☺️ thank you! I'm gonna try these techniques
@@neonennui good luck!!
Remember to flush your body with water often and try to breathe slowly and be conscious of relaxing your shoulders and jaw throughout the day because we have a tendency to hold tension in our neck without even realizing it
@@merncat3384 Exactly!!! I'm constantly clenching my jaw! And my shoulders are always tight and stiff
@@neonennui 🫂 I understand completely, it's horrible.. so sorry
