    I stopped on day 14 when I had to go to hospital for a few days. I m back home and will start all over, but I can say, after day 1,DAY 1 PEOPLE, I came down to tears like I never cried before ever. I couldn't believe how much and the despair on the cry, so much came out, so much so much, I am happy I did and have to say, I haven't even finished, I am restarting because of the long pause, I am looking forward to them now, more and more, so more can be let go...
