I am on day 29 of the hip release program..No emotional release yet but a loooot of physical ones. I am wondering if it is normal to be very very anxious and extremely sore after a release? I've had a loooot of trauma in my life.
I am glad you can sense the physical changes. Repeat days 18-25 to support an emotional release :)
Yesterday I was on Day 9....and I was skeptical about that sudden cry and nausea at the same time while doing the exercise! Now I understand! Thank you for your help with your course! Noone talks here in Greece about somatic exercises!
