I noticed, that le left left swung easily, but the right leg was stuck. I will do this move a litte bit more often. I have a lot of traume and constant dissociation - but a little bit helps. TRE is also good, but it's not really working for me yet, bevause of my phobia of my own feelings...

I have been doing trauma release exercises (and meditation, hypnosis, nlp, breathwork, yoga, energy healing) for years. I can still feel the energy in my hip. I don’t know how to get it out.

Maybe you just need to feel the pain for a bit and then it will release? Fearing the pain makes the pain worse so sometimes I just embrace it and it goes away. Too much focus on healing can add more pressure. Don't know if that's helpful or been your experience or makes sense even! All the best to you dear ! ❤

I have undergone c-section and family planning 1 year back but my bleeding or spotting stopped after 9 months of delivering baby.Can i do this ?
There are pregnancy modifications in the course intro video! I suggest visualizing yourself doing the somatic exercises as a modification.
