    I confirm ! I am back to my hip opening exercises each morning and wvery night, and i've already lost the belly fat ! And digestive circulation has been regulated that way too for me... Funny enough, it feels so much easier now to eat and cook healthy meals... Everything is interconnected...

      Working out is not necessarily the answer. It can make it worse. Things that can help are good nutrition, sleep, sunlight and therapy (if needed) or proper stress management. Learning to breathe properly helps. You can google somatic exercises or vagus nerve exercises, but she has them on here as well.

    It's not damaged. It can be undone with proper stress release.

    I have most all the symptoms but all the tests the Dr.s had me do all came back showing my cortisol was not high.. now what?
