The NO Juice Green Juice
In this video I demonstrate how to make a beverage that feels like a green juice but doesn’t spike your blood sugars and insulin like all juices, even vegetable juice, do because of the removal of healthy fiber. Fiber not only helps gut motility and elimination of bowels (one of your bodies natural detoxification processes so hopefully you have healthy poops!) but also feeds the good bacteria of the gut to improve immune, brain and gut function. Fiber reduces blood sugars and helps with blood sugar and insulin regulation, helps lower bad cholesterol and prevent cancer just to name a few good reasons to get the minimum recommendation of 30g a day which most Americans fall far behind from. Common to all Blue Zones for longevity and avoidance of disease are dark leafy greens. This recipe makes it easy to get 2 C daily while adding anti oxidants, anti inflammatory benefits to reduce inflammation in the body while helping you start the day with more energy. There are some problems in your channel if you improve them then many views will come in your channel and you can reach the right audience very easily.
I’m sorry you had trouble but glad you figured it out! For weight you can also fill a sturdy bag with a few books! Do be careful when balance is already compromised, for safety so this in front of a sturdy table or kitchen counter and travel along the length of counter or table so if you lose balance yiu have something to hold onto to steady yourself. You would fade the surface in front of you and carry the load just above that surface in front of your stomach or chest if need be due to height. Let me know if you need any help. Thankyou

I was so disappointed with the sculpture of mouse killing the snake. Something fell apart with the mouse and its sword, it just ended up a snake with no purpose. So Sad, it should have won.
The winner (creepy) was my least favorite, the cats on the furniture was much more relatable, or for heaven's sake THE DUDE!

@@boutiquebodyworks The winner was demonic looking thing pulling the clothes off of the woman. The results were published in The Island Moon local free paper. Again, anything, the Sand Cats, the Dude, the Grandmother, etc. would have been better than that creepy sculpture. We like to show up a couple of days early to see the artists preparation, and then especially day after it's over when there are no vendors, no crowds, people just walking around the sculptures.

Thanks so much for posting this. Could you maybe explain more about what it was like to get put to sleep? This is the part that freaks me out!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have stayed awake if you would have tried or is it impossible? Haha. Hi there and thankyou for your comments and questions, I will do my best to answer. It was a very easy painless experience. Firstly, I should say it can very which medicines they use and how they’re delivered to knock you out. I had an injection of a sedative but don’t remember which one specifically. I have tried in the past to stay awake just to see if I could and within seconds I was out, resistance is futile, lol. Next thing you know you’re awake and out the door. It felt like the process of coming out of sedation was rapid. I opened my eyes and felt a bit vaguely aware of my surroundings and quickly I nurse came by and wanted to sit me up. I was shocked how fast they move you i thought they may monitor you a bit and give time but nope, they let me dress bedside tortur away and offered a wheel chair to the exit. I offered to walk bc honestly I felt pretty awake quite quickly but they wheel you out the door and then I walked to the car of my person picking me up. We went straight to the restaurant to eat! As you see in my mention of Refered afterwards, choose wisely bc of the opportunity to begin planting the seeds for a healthy micro biome! I was right as rain since, not groggy and working full afternoon after lunch no problem. Hope that helps!

I’m not sure the cost of the cruise alone, it was part of a trip that began in Cairo and Giza, 9 days, in total, cruise part began in Luxor down to Aswan about 5 days in total and then flight back to Cairo. I booked through Egypt Direct directly they have a page on Facebook and a website and are a local company in Cairo. I highly recommend them!

It will depend on the size, generally can bake salmon at 400F for 10-15min…. So glad you enjoyed the video and now get cooking! Don’t be afraid to try and experiment 🤸♀️

I found the video very interesting because such celebrations did not exist when I was a kid. Dancers like those in the video came to theatres from Mexico like the famous Ballet Folklorico. Not from the streets of San Antonio neiborhoods. This festival was interesting at least to me because of its spontaneity. Like history repeating itself or being reborn. The neiborhood I grew up in was nothing like that shown in the video. The people may have looked the same but it reflected a culture emerged in the process of Americanization , not trying to emulate the indigenous past. But I was happy to see that the traditional culture of the past is being reborn so to speak within this neighborhood.
