  • Whoever said getting enough protein on a plant based diet was hard is not in the know. Getting enough protein is important to prevent muscle loss as we age but getting too much causes premature aging and if animal protein causes cancer, heart disease and contributes ti diabetes. So, choose a pea protein and one with minimal ingredient and choose a plant based milk, also minimal ingredients like the ones i use here. I also discuss the benefits of ingredients used here including fiber and why juicing is not a good choice, keep the fiber and blend instead!
