  • Chia seeds are naturally rich in protein, omega 3 fatty acids, fiber and antioxidants just to name a few if many things it provides us. In this video I talk about its nutrient content, why it’s good for us, while demonstrating how to make a really easy breakfast that is high in protein and didn’t require any processed foods other than almond milk, but the brand I use has only 3 ingredients (water, almonds and Himalayan salt). I use pure vanilla extract and Ceylon cinnamon for flavour and anti inflammatory properties along with a cup of berries (you can use fresh or frozen) Rich in nuts and seeds this packs 28g of protein and all from plants, no highly processed full of chemicals protein powders required.
