  • In this recipe I used left over egg whites from a cake I made days before that required yolks only. I would never buy egg whites but happened to them left over and would never waste food so decided to make this breakfast skillet with onion, garlic, mushroom and cooked potatoe. A great option would be to use extra firm tofu instead of egg as well to be more plant based, vegan friendly. Enjoy and please check out my other videos and subscribe to not miss anything!
