  • Here I demonstrate one approach to cooking lentils, stove top from scratch, using simple flavourings so they left overs can be used in future meals in a variety of ways changing the seasoning. I also discuss the nutritional value of lentils and why you want to make this a regular in your diet for healthy plant based minimally processed plant protein, and also to prevent or reverse chronic disease for better optimal health.     Very interesting lesson in cooking lentils as well as the accompanying nutritional information and their impact on preventing some illnesses.
