Ginger for Allergy and Migraine Relief

Well try this morning warm cup before eating or drinking other things: grab your favourite cup and add warm or hot water, squeeze a quarter fresh lemon for all its juice you can get out of it then stir in 1/4 teaspoon of ground dry ginger powder and drink.
Evidence says if you suffer cluster headaches or migraines, drinking 1/4 t of ginger daily may prevent them from ever happening again. Worth a try as there are zero side effects unless of course you have a food allergy to either of these ingredients, then obviously skip. Agreed! I’ve been doing it daily for a month and I don’t have allergy symptoms at all any more and headaches gone 🎉 being consistent is key, I will be doing this daily for rest of my life!😅
