Easy Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Using very few ingredients this sweet treat is pretty healthy! Main ingredient is 1C of natural peanut butter which means only peanuts and salt in the butter, nothing else. Additionally 2 eggs, 1/2C sweetener (I prefer 1/3 and use real pure dark organic maple syrup) a pinch of salt, dash of real vanilla and teaspoon of baking powders and that’s it! After mixing ingredients well, spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 8-12min (mine took 12) each cookie packs 5 grams of protein (same as 1 egg!) but comes mainly from plants (peanuts) which also give healthy fats, Vitamin E, B3, copper and manganese just to name a few, not to mention fiber and antioxidants. Yep, all plants give wonderful antioxidants to help us combat oxidative stress and reduce inflammation and boost immune function. A whole food plant based diet low in simple carbs helps health and lifespan for better function and less suffering all your years.
