    Food meal that has 29g of protein from plants and takes less than 15 minutes to make! The extra firm tofu has 14g of protein, 1C cooked brown rice 5g, the eggplant and other veg 3 g, the 2 T raw peanuts 7 g. That’s a power packed meal simple to make, super flavorful using basil, parsley, Serrano chilies, tamari, and garlic to flavour, cooked in 2T sesame oil. Lots of fiber and colourful meal for an antioxidant, polyphenol rich meal helping all systems in your body to prevent and reverse chronic disease. Please check out my other recipes!
