Strength, mobility & Zone 2 training at the Pool Workout

  • In this video I demonstrate a workout that hits all the movement/exercise prescription needs: strength, mobility/flexibility, and cardio Zone 2 training. How? Simply Pilates Mat (takes 15min or less, I repeated a section because missed Teaser, how I can skip Teaser?! I got distracted)…. Then afterwards, with muscles prefatigued from Pilates I swam an easy but continuous pace for 15min, enough to get my heart rate up within a couple minutes but still carrying on conversation) 30 min later and boom, done it all and ready to enjoy the day at the beach!
