How do you care for Tofu between Uses?

I was literally asked by a stranger in the grocery store when reaching for my usual purchase of extra firm organic tofu by a bewildered but eager patron if I could advise them how to use it. When I told them how to keep in the fridge they we’re grateful and said they had no idea! That lead me to make this video for those not in the know but who want to know and are exploring with more plant based protein options in their diet. Good, simple enough. I bought some glass containers to put the tofu in and other left
Over food.😊
