Hi there, I'm Amanda, and I'm a big fan of kettlebells, and for a good reason! I believe that kettlebells are the most effective workout for busy moms. As a mother of two, I understand how hectic motherhood can be, its hard to find our "me time" and we often feel guilty when we do take the time. Thats why I've designed short kettlebell workouts with busy moms in mind. Typically using a hiit style, helps to get in volume in a short time, while also boosting metabolic rate (burn more calories)

Upper Body Kettlebell Workout for Beginners
Todays workout is a KETTLEBELL or DUMBBELL Workout. This is a fast all levels beginner friendly workout. Your'll need a lighter weight for this one, if you have a medium weight for the rows grab that, otherwise you can use a lighter weight for the whole workout.

How many reps of this workout do you recommend or 1 rep shall suffice?
I assume you mean sets/ rounds? And that’s about you, your time, your fitness level.. etc But 2-3 rounds with a medium to heavy kettlebell, would be great.

Hi the weight will depend on you and your body. But nothing too heavy. In the third trimester we are just looking to keep moving without exhausting ourselves 5lbs-15lbs

Amanda Bond Fitness is the best! I've been doing her kettlebell workout and prenatal full body no equipment workout all through my second trimester, and I think it's a big part of why I haven't had any back pain. I've also noticed that I've gotten stronger, which I didn't think could happen during pregnancy. I'm now 36 weeks, and I love this new workout. How many kilos is the kettlebells?
