  • Fast and simple kettlebell workout, using either a light kettlebell to medium weight kettlebell.
    You can complete one round like I did, or you can simply go back to the start and do multiply rounds yourself depending on how much time you have.
    This workout is suitable for all fitness levels, it is also beginner and postpartum friendly.
    I will be using a light to medium weight kettlebell, make sure you warm up first to prevent injuries.
