10 min Single Kettlebell Workout - Beginner Friendly

- This is a quick no repeat workout,
Your'll need a single medium to heavy weight kettlebell. My bell is 12kg (26lbs)
This kettlebell workout is suitable for beginners, there is no instruction in this video, I do have a couple of modifications for the more challenging exercises.
I'm trying something a little different today, and added music instead of my instruction. Let me know what your thoughts are.
