    This turkish get up exercise is a great kettlebell workout for beginners, as it improves, strength, balance, flexability, and mental strength!

    I've been looking at a number of Turkish Getup tutorials here and I think this is the clearest one I've found yet. I'm going to try this in my next workout. Thank you!
