    Fast kettlebell workout, for the busy moms. Kettlebells are a great way to build strength and burn fat fast! They really are the best workout for busy moms! - I may be a bit biased, but hey they've worked really well in my recovery and I'm a busy mom of two.
    This quick kettlebell workout is for all levels, I give some options with the exercises so whether you'r advanced or new to kettlebell training you can do this one. This is a fast kettlebell workout since I just do it the one time, you can repeat the workout 2-3 times for a 10 minute workout, or a 15 minute workout.
