10 Minute Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation
Welcome to this short journey of deep relaxation and renewal. This 10-minute yoga nidra is your moment to pause, let go, and allow your body and mind to settle into a state of effortless rest. You don’t need to do anything but follow the sound of my voice as I guide you through this restful experience. Each passing moment will take you deeper into calm, helping your nervous system reset and your mind slow down.
Allow this practice's intention (sankalpa) to root deeply within your mind and body to help you shift into a surrender mindset and trust that everything is working out for your highest good.
When you're ready, find a comfortable position where your body is fully supported and let’s begin.

It's nearly Christmas and so it's been such a stressful month full of trying to maintain balance between studies and family time and organisation, finances and so so much more. With all of that going on, its hard to just sit with myself and relax as theres so much that lays on my shoulders and theres everything that could go wrong. Holidays are very important for me and so I put a lot of pressure on myself to make it as perfect as I can for me and my family. I still try to take time for myself to ground in the moment and let myself know I am protected and that everything will be okay. This channel means a lot to me as it creates perfect mental breaks that help me regain some of my sanity and mental clarity in time of need. Thank you Merry Christmas everyone
