Ugh that is the worst! I am glad you enjoyed the meditation. UA-cam creators have VERY little control over the ads. That's why I started adding time at the end for just music on all of my meditations. As far as turning ads off, you can pay for UA-cam premium. I think that turns it off. I have heard turning off "auto-play" helps. Or you could join my membership with a free 7-day trial ...all of my meditations on UA-cam, plus monthly exclusive membership only content each month can be found there completely ad free. lorenrunion.com/membership
