Dandelion Syrup Biscuits
Ingredients
50g pure via caster sugar
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 egg
3 tablespoons dandelion syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
150g gluten-free plain flour or normal plain flour
1/4 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder or normal baking powder
Method
STEP 1
In a small bowl, beat sugar and oil until blended. Beat in egg; beat in honey and vanilla. Combine flour, and baking powder, gradually add to the sugar mixture, and mix well (dough will be stiff). Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
STEP 2
Preheat oven to 350°. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake until bottoms are lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Cool for 1 minute before removing from the pan to a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.

Thank u so much for the slimming world recipe. I like the lettuce idea with the burger. I follow slimming world myself but am interested in the keto but really don't understand it trying to figure it out. If u could do some more s w recipes with the keto really interested in the diet u are doing. Gala pie Ingredients 500 g minced pork 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/2 dried saga 1/2 tsp white pepper 1/2 tsp salt (For the pastry) 400 g plain flour 100 g bread flour 75 g butter - cubed 100 g lard - cubed 1/2 tsp salt 200 ml water 4 eggs - hard boiled (Method) STEP 1 Preheat the oven to 200 c /400 f /gas mark 6 (for 30 mins) Then 180 c/350 f / gas mark 4 (for 1 hour) STEP 2 place your pork mince into a blow and your herbs and salt then combine when done wrap it in clingfilm and place the bowl in the fridge whilst you make the pastry STEP 3 you'll need a saucepan pop your cubed butter and lard then put on the hob on medium heat to melt in the meantime combine your 2 flours and salt and place into a mixing bowl and make sure it's all mixed then make a well in the middle. STEP 4 when all melted pour carefully into your flour do not use your hands as it will be hot and mite burn you use a wooden spoon or fork to combine together you can put the jelly bit in the middle of your gala pie which you can find recipes online. STEP 5 when cool enough to touch tip out onto your surface and mix it all together to form your dough you can set this in the fridge for up to 2 hours. STEP 6 roll the pastry into a cylinder and cut a quarter off for the top of the gala pie roll out the rest of the pastry to the size of the tin we used a 2lb loaf tin which would be better to use a 1lb loaf tin. STEP 7 when you have rolled your pastry out and lined it in your tin flatten the sides place some of the pork meat on the bottom and your hard-boiled eggs in the middle then place the rest of the meat over the top of your eggs. STEP 8 then place the last quarter of the pastry that you put to one side roll out to fit on top of your pie flatten the edges down to seal it and brush with an egg wash leftover bits of pastry if you want you can make decorations place 2 holes in the top for little breathe holes. then bake in the oven at 100 c / 400 f/ gas mark 6 for 30 minutes then reduce the heat to 180 c/ 350 f / gas mark 4 for 1 hour. when done serve warm or cold.
