Lemon Lavender Cookies
INGREDIENTS
40 g icing sugar
100g coconut oil
1 tsp lavender buds
zest of 2 lemons
165g plain flour
2 tbsp milk
method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350F / 180C / gas mark 7 and line a baking tray
STEP 2
Combine the icing sugar,coconut oil in a bowl. and mash together with a fork until you can no longer see icing sugar
STEP 3
Add the lavender buds and lemon zest and combine
STEP 4
add in the flour and mix until everything is combined the add the milk to bring the dough together. with you hands roll bits of the dough in to ball shape then flatten down with you hand place them on your tray and bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes
