    Cheese puff parcels
    (makes 6)
    ingredients
    400g puff pastry
    4-6 slices ham - chopped into squares
    50 g Wensleydale - grated
    50g Emmental - grated
    50g Cheddar - grated
    1 Onion - finely chopped
    1 Egg -to brash
    Method
    STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to 220c / 200c fan oven / 425f / gas mark 7
    STEP 2
    roll out your pastry to a rectangular shape
    roughly 38 x 26 cm and use a 9cm round cookie cutter
    lightly mark out 6 circles then place some ham, cheese, and onion in the circle.
    STEP 3
    brash the edges of the circle with egg then cut out the opposite and then
    place the circle on the other one and then with your cookie cutter cut it completely
    through the pastry, if it doesn't fully stick down crimp the edges using a fork then brush
    the tops with egg and bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown let cool before serving.
