Shortbread biscuits
Ingredients
315g plain flour
215g salted butter
100g icing sugar
Method
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 160c fan/ 180c/gas mark 4
STEP 2
By hand mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth dough.
STEP 3
Roll out the dough and cut into round shapes
STEP 4
Bake on a lightly floured tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden let cool and enjoy.
