    Fruit filo pastry cup tarts
    Ingredients
    300g crème6-hole fraiche
    4 1/2 sheets filo pastry
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tbsp icing sugar
    strawberry's and blueberry's ( fruit of your choice)
    method
    STEP 1
    you will need a 6-hole muffin tin.
    STEP 2
    cut your filo pastry into squares roughly 3 need 3 squares per muffin hole
    then butter your filo pastry and place it into your tin.
    STEP 3
    when done bake in the oven gas mark 6 / 180c / 400f
    middle shelf for 10 minutes from a non-heated If your oven is heated it
    will only need 4 minutes when cooked take them out of the oven and let them cool.
    STEP 4
    meanwhile, take your crème fraiche and add the vanilla, icing sugar, and combine them together
    when the cases have cooled add a spoon of the mixture tart and top with the fruit of your choice then sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.
