sausage, bacon, egg slice
Ingredients
5 chipolatas sausages- cooked and sliced
8 bacon medallions -cooked (not mandolins)
4 eggs hard-boiled and sliced in half
2 shops brought ready-rolled puff pastry
1 egg to brush over the tops
method
STEP 1
place one puff pastry sheet on the worktop then layer with your sausage, bacon, and egg give an egg wash around the edge this will help the second sheet of pastry to stick then place the other sheet of puff pastry on top then cut out your slices go around the edges with a fork give an egg wash over the tops and place in the oven gas mark 7 / 220c / 4425f / for 20-25 minutes.
