Today is Day 197 of the Metal Relic video challenge! The script is mine, the voice is AI's.
All you need for a giraffe is nuts, bolts, a nail and some chain.
These giraffes, approximately 6 inches long and 5.5 inches tall, serve as decorative ornaments or paperweights, adding a touch of character to any space. Creating these sculptures allows me to blend my love for the industrial and mechanical aspects of steel with my desire to create organic forms. Each giraffe is unique, reflecting my commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability.
Fun Fact: Bull giraffes engage in a behavior called "necking," where they swing their long necks and butt heads to determine dominance. This ritualistic combat rarely results in serious injury. Eventually, one male concedes and walks away, most likely to go eat.
I have a list of things 90 miles long that I want to make. Let me know in the comments if there is something that should get bumped up the list. I'm looking to make some new stuff!
