Road Trip Side Quest vol. 1! Today we are picking up some equipment! Today is Day 175 of the Metal Relic video challenge! The script is mine, the voice is AI's.
The cool part about yesterday's video was the fact that I was talking about the area that you see now. We are on a side quest today.
Here is the Martin's Creek Viaduct. If you think or have a need for something in particular, sometimes it finds a weird way to get to you.
This is the Viaduct in Nicholson, Pennsylvania. It was the largest concrete structure in the world when completed in 1915 and still merited "the title of largest concrete bridge in America, if not the world" 50 years later.
Heading into picturesque Tunkhannock now. We end up crossing over the Susquehanna river and going a few more miles down the road.
The cool part about what I am picking up is that it came from one of the places I used to work. These are considered chemical stations. They are completely stainless and have a vent hookup for the back and the bottom. I now have two and plan to use them for a better powder coating booth. I was also able to get some aluminum plate so i can use it as a welding surface on a workbench.
I think these will work perfect with some slight modification, mostly by making them a bit taller.
Even had some time today to get some more roses started and this video made.
The next milestone for another rose giveaway is 5,000 followers on TikTok.
