Finishing and attaching sepals! Today we are cutting off some sepals! Today is Day 183 of the Metal Relic video challenge! The script is mine, the voice is AI's.
We are diligently working to expand our inventory in preparation for the exciting upcoming events.
We utilize a variety of tools to perfect our creations. The portable bandsaw is a reliable piece of equipment, especially when the blade is sharp. However, it operates at a slower pace. One challenge we face is the short lifespan and higher cost of the blades compared to cutoff disks. On the other hand, using a high-speed grinder with a cutoff disk significantly speeds up the process, but it comes with its own set of issues, primarily the mess it creates.
To protect myself from the hazardous particles and hot sparks produced during grinding, I always wear a respirator. These tiny, scorching particles feel like miniature suns burning inside your sinuses, a sensation that certainly makes you feel alive.
As part of our ongoing improvements, I’ve been experimenting with the design of the sepal rings.
