Finishing Stems and attaching Heads! Getting the roses closer to completion! Today is Day 185 of the Metal Relic video challenge! The script is mine, the voice is AI's.
Pushing on to get these sepal rings done. In total there were 50 roses being made.
Once I get the last few of the sepal rings made, I try one out in the new process. This is where I weld the stem directly to the rose core, and then slip the sepal ring over it. As you can see there is a lot less welding doing it this way and I only need to handle it once.
Moving right along, I start welding all the sepal rings to the stems and we will attach them all the old way. Once I get these done, I will move onto the quick group of ten I need for some orders.
The next milestone for another rose giveaway is 5,000 followers on TikTok.
I put them in the vise to make the bends and add the leaves. Next up is cutting them to length and cleaning them up preparing for powder coating.
