    I love watching hand tool cutting they did it even better in the 1800's even Amish to it too this is why I want more video's like this thank you for all the great tips!, The long cutting is very hard I tried it last month I was doing pretty good then suddenly went the wrong way and ruin it just screwed it all up! I had a japan saw but i never knew which was the right way till you told me next time I will try it again

      Actually, it works incredibly well! Just tired a test piece before doing a first coat on my current project, and I can tell it’s going to work great!

    The company needs to find a way to slide The Jig when you sharpen chisels or plain blades so you can utilize the full width of the abrasive and not in just one spot

    On the butt end of the jar, how do you get it up and down to have it so it swivels so you can pull the jar straight out that’s what I’m looking forward to do to make it easier for anyone. What is your ideas?

    Dog is going to get tangled around the post....shorten the leash tht u will be connecting to dog collar....then place stoppers on the main line 1ft longer then the length of the leash line

    Thanks for the video. I’ve been looking for a replacement fence system for my 45 yr old Powermatic cabinet saw. Hard to stomach the prices for a solid fence system these days! This one w 7’ rails is now $589, which is about what I paid for the saw a decade ago.. Vega is a bit less but has the round rails that I’d like to get away from, and I keep reading the finish on Vega is poor (everything needs deburred). The lesson here for anyone buying a used saw is to be certain you like the fence.

    You do know they make Phillips bits for drills now.... I will walk 50 yards to get a Phillips bit instead of picking up a screwdriver right beside me lol.

    I like it it’s basic and simple, but you didn’t describe how you can pull that jar out without spilling more tipping it upwards. Now on the butt end of the jar I’ve seen where you can loosen the screw and it’ll tip downward and just pull it straight out.

      I here what you are saying. If you don't already have at least some tools or plan on further pursuing woodworking, purchasing the item could be your best route. As for myself, woodworking is more than just a hobby, it is my therapy. Thanks for your comment.

    nice fence upgrade. My two cents - I'd also use a riving knife and push stick, kickbacks can be nasty and take your fingers

      Agreed. Unless I'm cutting a large piece I will use a push stick, I also like where my fingers currently are. As far as the riving knife, I only removed it for photographic purposes. Thanks for your comment.

      Are you asking about the washers or the t-nuts? Either way, I used 5/16" bolts, thus both the washers and t-nuts are 5/16".
