Don't forget all my aggravations! I am excited to get started in learning this tool. I am using the Carveco Maker program, there are free programs available but I liked what this offered, but it is a $15 a month subscription. I will be posting some of my trials and errors. Thanks for the comment.
Hi Anderesn, Couple of things if you don't mind for others that might watch this. Drill pilot holes for all screws. Use the machine to VCarve max cutting area on the table- makes spoil board installation easier and more accurate. You can use the machine to cut the holes in the SB slats if you start with a 36" t-track secured outside the max cutting line on the left and extended past the front line a couple of inches , place dimensioned slat (5 13/16"x 32 1/4" works well) even with the front line and the next t-track same as the first. You can now clamp the first slat down and run the code for mounting screws (you need to make the model/toolpath for this). Place next slat in between t-tracks, clamp, machine holes until all are done. Then secure them to tabletop keeping them tight as you go and aligned to the front max cutting area groove. Also get a 2 1/2" hose end on the hose to plug into the Suckit Dust Boot cause you will want to pull it out for cleaning your workarea.... I just went through setting one up with the help of a really cool guy here ua-cam.com/video/vLXSlF1kFkI/v-deo.html Tell him Ron sent you :-) Hope this helps someone. Looking forward to more of your videos Andersen. Thanks
Thank you. Haven't had a chance to run it yet, still on the learning curve of using the program. I really liked how well and easy it was to set up. Will post more about the Onefinity when I learn more about it.
It took just over 4 months from order to delivery, of course this was a year ago. I have no idea what the average would be today. Thanks for watching and for your comment.
Im about to order one. Ive subscribed. I hope you add many many more videos. All your trials and errors and suggestions
