Nah, I have Keratoconus that is well beyond correctable by glasses. I had scleral lenses back when I was in the states, but haven't gotten new ones since coming to Japan.

Fair enough. Though, this is actually a bit of a test, you see. I just got the test and compare feature fro. UA-cam and I'm testing this one against 2 thumbnails I created myself. Logic is that if I am good enough at making thumbnails, my self-made ones should win. Let's see...

I explained on your other post as well, but there are 3 separate thumbnails for this one, 2 self-made and 1 generated by VidIQ with tweaks from me. It's a test, but I appreciate the feedback and will definitely keep it in mind for the future

Yeah I needed to tighten some of those up more. This was the first one that I did with an outside editor, so the final product didn't include the timeline for me to go back and tweak things. Good experience, and a few things I learned for next time

I was about to comment about that too. It's a Move Tutor move in Crystal and much better than Fire Spin.

I mean, based on his rules, he is playing the game as if he started with a legitimate level 5 arcanine to start the game, even using tradebacks (the mechanic used to get fire spin and agility) however you can only breed 2 moves onto a growlithe, so he opted for fire spin and agility, probably thinking those were the better choices for the run, esp with firespin's trapping

Are you referring to the optional battle left to viridian city? Thats not the one he was referring to. Rival 2 is the one on nugget bridge, which is mandatory.

Even on super minimum battles, rival 2 isn't optional

@@mike18911222 ya he is since Super Minimum Battles uses a traded HM Mule with Cut, surf, and Strength. you just head south after beating misty and use the daycare shortcut tree. its Rival 5 and later that are nonoptional.

Yeah, he misspoke there. Most likely where he had to restart and that caused him to fight Rival 1 a second time, but because he loses to him rather than resetting on him it still counts the battle when he goes through it again (sort of like when he does blackout grinding). The only optional Rival fight is the one he calls "1A" which is the early Viridian fight, Rival 2 will always be Cerulean.

I misspoke on rival 2. the optional battle in the overlay was because I forgot my own rules, beat Rival 1, then was like, oh yeah, I have to lose to Rival 1 in my tradeback ruleset, so I restarted but the battle stayed on the overlay

@@RBYPokemonChallenges Personally I'm not a fan of the auto-generated one, but also that's the only one that's appearing for me no matter how many times I refresh or change page. Maybe the test and compare is user-based?
