Wow! When the detective said she was moving her mouth.. It immediately made me think she was trying to tell him something. Hoping she was able to get some words before she died🤔😕
I thought the same thing!!!!
Agreed
involuntary movement happens with headshots, she was already gone unfortunately
Have you ever heard of someone committing suicide NEXT to your spouse?! Every suicide I know of and/or watched on crime dramas…they were alone & when NOT alone…it was a homicide!! 🙄
Exactly.
Unfortunately, it has happened before... To a friend of mines mom and dad. His dad shot himself beside her. Suicide note said he did it so she would have to live with it for the rest of her life. They had a very ugly marriage from day one. It was a very sad situation.
He got life in prison, just watched it tonight
My God... Just get a divorce. That poor woman and her family.
I knowww😢
Not even one minute into this video and I already suspect the husband killed her
Well, it's usually the spouse so that would make sense.
Fake tears
Wow never heard of that! I wonder how reliable that can be?
I feel
It is very reliable!
If you dig deeply
And read her online sm
Talk
To fam and friends and co workers
Id pray some good DA would do this if i died self inflicted
Because i know Id not ever do this
Unless i left a clear note
And was dying of something horrible
Let's hope they have more evidence than (1) "the gun is heavy," and (2) psychobabble report!
Are you a forensic pathologist or a medical examiner?
@@krisquigley4497 Such occupations aren't a requirement for wanting more evidence before charging someone with homicide.
@@stevezilla68I was referring to his snarky "psychobabble" comment. Get it now?
Oh yeah, he did it.
His crying sounds very fake/forced! That gun is heavy and has a big kick! She could've done it, but I think he shot her! He called 911 right away because he knew with that large caliber gun, she wasn't going to make it!
sounds like the definition of reasonable doubt
Why a 9 should NEVER date a 2 or less. They KNOW they can never do as well as you again, once you get tired of putting up with their $#!+. 😢 RIP victim Kristin. 😢
His attorney “I do not believe he did it” all the while nodding her head up and down. Classic tell tale sign of deception.
Same here
😧 Wow, that’s so ominous.
He's guilty
His 911 call trying to make crying sounds, is fake af. However, a grown woman would have no problem with using that gun.
He's guilty.
Very suspicious.
Please cover the Molly Young case. A similar situation happened in Illinois.
This videos reveals the most horrible things about people. This shows how quickly someone can decide to hurt you when they are allowed to. This shows how easy it is to dehumanize someone who does not defend himself. This shows that most normal people can become very violent in public or not if given the opportunity.
Aaron is the most dapper lawyer here in Hays…
Crazy to see my hometown on 48 hours i remember when this happened
Same here! It was crazy when it happened. I’m glad Kristen’s story is being told
America is bonkers- why would anyone need to have a gun like that in their home. Absolutely insane
😂These things really require a big heart
Nope!!! That better not be allowed in court that is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no way that will ever let you know if someone is suicidal. RIParadise Kristen 🕊️
Damn! That was so fake of a crying phone call, that wouldn’t make the cut in a bad B movie.
Ikr
Oh my, she was a beautiful woman.
Death is all around.
We don't have to be detective Columbo to know that this was an homicide.
Ok I know this isn’t the point but that one dude looked so much like Leo DiCaprio
Waiting
I though Leonardo Di caprio investigating that poor woman death😮
He whole 911 call prove that he's guilty.
Husband probably did it!
Seems obvious he killed her
