Are y’all really that arrogant that you think you know better than cops who investigate crimes like this for a living that someone acting that way cannot possibly be a suspect? Cops KNOW that it is not uncommon for the perpetrator to stick close to the investigation and really involve themselves! That’s why they began to suspect him. There are so many cases of people -usually the spouse- being very outwardly emotional over their partner being missing or murdered and frequently doing emotional interviews with the press or organizing searches and they end up being GUILTY. They were doing their job and they were right to not overlook the uncle until the evidence pointed elsewhere.

I felt so badly for the uncle. On the other hand you have to understand how police have to work these cases. They have to look at everyone close to the victim who might have the slightest motive and play out the scenarios amongst a group to see what makes sense. It's really the only way to do it. Otherwise they would have directed all their attention to the ex-husband from the beginning and it would have been seen as railroading.

This story also proves there is hope, even in the most absolute emptiness. The muderer's daughter is so sweet and strong. She carries so much on her shoulders. She accidentally finds herself in a situation where besides finding out that your father murdered someone, she also feels responsible for giving back to her step-siblings the love and caring of a mother and a father. The problem with people today is that think it's their right to say and do whatever they want and never think about how it may affect others and the consequences. If you know that your Ex has mental or emotional issues, perhaps it would be best to not expose your personal life to them. Pretty woman , very pretty indeed. when you are pretty many guys would want to have you but it's dangerous because once you rejected them its hard for them to just let go. I have a feeling that the ex husband tried his best to accept the end of marriage or her new relationship but deep inside he is hurting . Many sleepless night for the ex husband everytime the ex wife spent time with her new bf. How does it feel to be rejected by the person you loved the most? It's easy to say , just let her go but when you are in love with someone it ain't easy.

It's sad I had to live like that for a couple years because of my ex. Going to a d.v. shelter and him finding me and police not taking him out my home although I had a restraining order. I was a prisoner in my own home. I was close to being on an episode of snapped because I was rapidly losing hope. I was numb to the abuse and the cops not doing anything all because they prove a restraining order is nothing but a piece of paper. I bet she was type to have cheated on him while she was out of town as well. He should have only been charged with the crime of passion law they have in Texas. Still if I was the ex-husband, I would have let her go on with her life of slutdom. He could have had a younger more attractive trade up.
