You don’t care about your kids. You care about yourself. I can’t stand the fathers of my children. But I stay civil and chill for my kids sake. I wish their dads were more involved in their lives regardless of my feelings.

Absolutely. The only justification would be if that parent was an imminent danger to the children. I was listening to a case not to long ago where a mother shot her husband because he was hurting their son….& thankfully she wasn’t charged. After the investigation, the cops & DA determined it was self defense on behalf of her child.

From another angle you are right, while on the other hand we can never know people my dear. Nomater how much we think we know. This includes our friends, siblings and families .
Only God understands the nature and heart of humanity. Again, there are circumstantial situations that reveal the nature of evil that lives in us when we are pushed to the limits. We inherited this sinful nature from the first man.. We all have evil that lives in us it manifests in one way or the other. It is just waiting to be awakened. Therefore, no-one is good or perfect. The difference is just that the other group admits to be helpless, and they seek truth and salvation from the Creator who knows us best & understands the heart of man. The other group which is in denial, sadly it will not end well.
No science, logic or intellectual explanation can ever understand this.. Hopefully we will all seek the truth in the Gospel. I have found rest in the Lord. I still have unanswered questions, but He has been faithful and I now understamd why there is something wrong in our world. The fall..

It's shocking that poisoning like this occurs more often than we average folk can fathom. Medical staff at hospitals need to be more in tune: if a patient, like Angela, exhibits these types of symptoms, and typical initial treatment is proven ineffective, the possibility of poisoning must be strongly and immediately considered, and urgent action taken, instead of simple monitoring, scratching of the head or waiting for autopsy results. *AND FAMILY MEMBERS CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD, OR BE LEFT ALONE WITH THE PATIENT!!!*

They are not there to “protect” the criminals. They are there to make sure that the sentencing would be right and just. They don’t grow much attachment to the perpetrators. They don’t wake up thinking they are “protecting someone” They are there to make sure that the amount of evidence against the suspect is accurate. I think John Gacy’s defense attorney have said something like it.

Yeah, that's not really the point. It's what he did with it, and why he needed to buy it.
Also defense attorney: "They (investigators) decided from the git-go that it must be poison. They didn't look for something else."
Right. Maybe that was because she died in a hospital and her blood had lethal levels of cyanide. What else should they have been looking for?

Which is why when Dr. Jeff Lapointe was treating Brigida Uto for a “mysterious illness” featured on the Dateline episode “The Prussian Blue Mystery” he put her in isolation and not even family members were allowed to see her. If she had the same doctors as this poor woman Brigitte would have died too! This should be standard procedure in hospitals.

I've watched tons of true crime cases and I can't think of another case with more evidence of someone's guilt ,James is a evil monster and pathological, the way he pretended to care and love his wife when James only loved one thing ,himself .

Defense attorney defending guilty people imo. It’s almost painful listening to her defending him. The “ chicken” thing is laughable and preposterous. Are they kidding?

Why did you leave out the fact Kouri Richins was sleeping with some other dude during the ENTIRETY of her marriage? On top of that, she PAID a ghost writer to write that ridiculous children’s book and she took all the credit for it - going on tv and radio shows, podcasts, etc all teary eyed about the book being such a labor of love when she didn’t even write it. She also found out her husband changed the beneficiary on his life insurance when he suspected she was trying to poison him and when she found out she got furious and fraudulently put herself back on as the primary. According to Eric’s family, she did that at least 3 times. And each time he’d change it right back and instructed the insurance companies that if they get another request to change it back, it wasn’t from him - the policy holder! Eric was certainly worth a lot more dead, and she knew that. Her business was completely failing. During all the time she ran this business, she failed to ever make a profit and was drowning in debt. On top of that, she was embezzling money from Eric’s SUCCESSFUL business. All of these things are facts that 48 Hours overlooked. Her family may think she poops fairy dust and is this amazing angel flittering golden wings, but in reality she is a despicable human being.

I am surprised she didn’t connect the dots though like every time my husband feeds me something i get sick. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out but i think she was oblivious to other signs of him being unfaithful for example. She strikes me us one of those wives who ignore all the red flags and keeps pretending everything is ok.

Understandably, you must have a specific type of poison in order to conduct testing, however in a medical setting such as a hospital wouldn’t there be a monitory testing of the most 5 common types of poisons to test ? Especially when a patient is continuing to have a severe medical emergency to survival?
There’s needs to be a new law of mandatory testing especially when symptoms exceed failure to respond to life saving procedures . ☠️

@@stancexpunksshe got 300k which I’m sure a nice chunk went to commissary. That’s how people prefer to eat in prison. Having commissary is everything. Their existence is miserable without it so she’s probably living pretty well .
