They don't even do a complete panel. They can check through blood work if you had a heart attack. I have a rare disease and went to the ER. I had a heart attack and was not treated for it. My specialist found it from my blood work. The doctors are horrible in AZ. So are most of the nurses. I've been given rx in my iv, been told nothing can be done and I'm wasting their time. I had one ER dr say they couldn't get ahold of my specialist and asked what is my usual treatment. I told her and she actually listened, gave me the infusion and medication. Even though she didn't know what to do, I appreciated her being honest. If she would have released me I would have gotten worse and it would take me months to get back to being able to stand.

If toxicology was performed earlier when usual check ups doesn't showed the caused yet she gets sicker and sicker, then something is wrong!. This same case happened in UK, the husband was slowly poisoned by the wife. Good thing, the police went to their house and investigate. The husband was saved but he has irreversible damages in his body.

Yep. But physicians don't often think their patients are being poisoned. Look at the recent case of the dentist (Jim Craig) who poisoned his wife. They ran test after test, and only figured it out because one of the dentist's employees had intercepted the cyanide and said something. I doubt it would have been solved otherwise...

In her will, Lynn determined that after her death, her assets be divided between Jessie and Anthony. So why would she suddenly go ahead and give all her money to Jessie? Lynn was mentally competent and could've simply changed her will if she had decided that Jessie should be the sole heir.

I couldn't help but notice that one of the substances listed in Lynn's system at the time of her death was arsenic. Who's to say that she wasn't being slowly poisoned all along by her Elvira caretaker not only with arsenic but who knows what else. Frankly I was shocked anybody in Jessie's position would even know that the active ingredient in most eye drops is lethal if ingested. I would also be very interested to know if Lynn was tested for the presence of ethylene glychol (antifreeze) in her system. As far as Lynn's bank account being drained, where was the bank when all of this was taking place? For crying out loud, several months ago I stopped at two different gas stations to make purchases while on a road trip and at the second one my card was declined and it said contact bank. I called and all I was told was that it was for my protection because it looked to the bank like suspicious activity that I would get gas at two different gas stations the same morning. But with Lynn's situation, her $200,000 bank account was drained and not a peep was heard from her bank? I would say that type of negligence on the part of the bank borders on outright complicity.
