Ma'am, It's Chee-ah seeds. Have you tried Aquafaba as an egg replacer? I'm no vegan, but for grins 'n giggles, I veganised a egged waffle recipe using flax eggs in for the yolks and aquafaba in for the eggwhites. Worked a treat.

My mother in law doesn't eat eggs on sundays and Tuesdays, it's a hindustanic thing. She has a orange cake or pie she wants to make but she wants it without eggs. But it has many eggs, like 3-5 or something. I myself am vegan as much as I can so I'm not so much a fan of adding even more yoghurt to the cake as an egg replacer. Which way to replace eggs would you recommend? Oil? Maybe soy yoghurt? Flax egg? Baking powder and corn starch? Apple sauce? I can't really figure out what i could recommend her.

Yuck they look 90 percent fat 100 percent inedible, this explains the vast quantities of gravy to disguise the flavour. Tastes better with a chicken fetus 🐔 in it.

I use ground flax seed for when I run out of eggs and am in a pinch. It always turns out great! Can't tell the difference in baked goods 😊
