My mother in law doesn't eat eggs on sundays and Tuesdays, it's a hindustanic thing. She has a orange cake or pie she wants to make but she wants it without eggs. But it has many eggs, like 3-5 or something. I myself am vegan as much as I can so I'm not so much a fan of adding even more yoghurt to the cake as an egg replacer. Which way to replace eggs would you recommend? Oil? Maybe soy yoghurt? Flax egg? Baking powder and corn starch? Apple sauce? I can't really figure out what i could recommend her.

Try 4 teaspoons baking powder & 1/2 teaspoon baking soda . Mommy’shomecooking.com has a great recipe. Hope it helps
