90 seconds cooking time based on a 800W Microwave - To avoid spillage, use a large mug & cook in 3 stages of 30 seconds keeping a close eye on your cake through the microwave window. Microwaves with a higher power - reduce cooking time.
INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients:
4 tbsp or 30g sieved Plain/All-purpose flour
1 tbsp or 13g granulated sugar
1/2 tsp or 2g Baking powder (not baking soda)
Pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
3 tbsp or 45ml Milk
1 tbsp or 15ml Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Secret Centre Ingredient:
Caramel Chocolate Egg (I use Cadburys - experiment with your favourite chocolate)

@@EasilyEggless can’t go wrong with making some rocky road! Or if you don’t want the marshmallows you could make chocolate bark and add in dried fruit and nuts. Otherwise, if you want to be fancy, try hot chocolate bombs - I’ve got a short on how to make it if you’re interested (it’s for dark chocolate, but sure you could make it with milk too)
