Seductive Shrimp: A Simple & Delicious Prawn Starter for Valentine's Night

Easy impressive date night starter. Serve with chunky bread to mop up the sauce.

Ingredients (serves two as a starter)
250g raw king prawns (Peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp Olive oil
30g Unsalted butter
2 or 3 Garlic Cloves (chopped not crushed)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
50ml White wine (a wine you would drink!!)
Crusty bread for mopping up the sauce.
