Eggless French Toast | Quick & Easy Breakfast

What to make for breakfast without eggs. Breakfast kids will enjoy.

Ingredients - makes 4-6 slices
480ml - 2 cups - Milk
30g - 4tbsp - Cornflour / Corn starch
2 tsp - Vanilla Extract or 3tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp - Cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp - Nutmeg (optional)
4/6 - Slices of thick bread (1 day old firm bread works well)
75g - 5 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp - Vegetable oil
Topping Ideas
Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Kiwi, Banana, Mango, Spiced Apples or Pears.
Powdered sugar, Honey, Maple Syrup, Golden Syrup, Jam, Chocolate Spread.
Crème Fraiche, Whipped Cream, Greek Yoghurt, Squirty Cream.
Crispy Bacon

@@EasilyEggless i didn’t have cornstarch so ir wasn’t as crispy but it was lush, I used oatmilk and it gave the creaminess of full fat milk in my opinion, and I had a little mixture left so I made a cinnamon vanilla coffe and it was a perfect meal

@@veganfries6579 Glad to hear oat milk is a good alternative, I try my best to ease off the diary but mainly in consuming milk and oatmilk was the best option I tried…I wonder if Just Egg can be a good replacement too cuz my GF is allergic
