Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Ingredients -
150g dark chocolate 70% - 75% cocoa content
75g salted butter (cubed / at room temperature so it melts easily)
1/4 cup or 22g cocoa powder
1/3 cup or 80ml boiling water
1 cup or 190g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup or 55g full fat plain yoghurt
3/4 cup or 90g - Plain or All-purpose Flour or Maida
2 tbsp or 20g cornflour or cornstarch
